I specialize in offering high energy trips that keep my clients constantly entertained.  The images that are taken from my trips create a memory that lasts a lifetime.

Most of my peacock charters start no earlier than 8 AM, and I offer multiple options in terms of the length of the trip .  There is oftentimes no need to wake up early to catch peacocks; They are diurnal, which means the more sunlight the better!  I prefer to spend at least 3/4 of a day targeting peacocks to maximize the odds of success in size and numbers.

Peacock Bass Trip

This is a great way to explore the urban jungle that is the Miami canal system.  I spend 200 days out on the canals each year and know them like the back of my hand.  A typical day nets anywhere from 10-30 fish, with hopefully that big peacock many are looking for.  Days with 40+ fish happen, especially when you time it right.  You may also see macaws, peacocks, iguanas, manatees, and many other interesting animals.

The most effective way to target a peacock bass is with shiners.  If you choose to use the shiners to target peacock: I will pick them up before I meet you. The cost is about $10 per dozen. I recommend at a minimum of 5 dozen per angler. For the most successful peacock trip I highly suggest shiners. Tips for these trips are recommended at 15-20%, but not required.

In a single day guided trip, I will bring you to a location where we will usually see many bullseye snakehead.  Sometimes, we will be able to target these fish by sight casting.   Once they are hooked, hang on! Everglades Largemouth Bass Trip

The Everglades bass fishery is something everyone deserves to experience at least once in their lives.  You will definitely enjoy feeling so far in the wilderness after a morning drive out of busy South Florida.  The bass fishery is incredible and every year we have days with more than 100 fish landed.  200 is even a remote possibility.  On average, we land anywhere from 40-80 fish per trip.

The bass out here are plentiful and the next cast always has the potential to connect to an 8-10+ pound largemouth.  The scenery is incredible, the noise at a bare minimum, and the fish are often chewing on this crazy adventure into the most remote region of FL.  Tips for these trips are recommended at 15-20%, but not required.

Clown Knifefish Expedition

I call this trip an expedition because on this trip, we are searching for the most elusive fish that swims in the western hemisphere.  If you are after the most unique and crazy exotic Florida can offer, than the clown knife is your fish.  The fight from these fish is very unique and usually they jump a lot.  It is not easy to catch a clown knifefish, but as you attempt to do so we will catch numerous peacock bass and largemouth bass to keep us entertained. These fish average 2-5 pounds but can get to 15 lbs and 3.5 feet long!

In a single day guided trip, I will bring you to multiple locations where we will have a shot at the elusive clown.  If you manage to connect with one of these fish, it will be one you will never forget!  Tips for these trips are again recommended at 15-20% of the cost, but not required.

Grass Carp - Fly Fishing Trip (Seasonal)

If you want to target the most wary and technical fish in the canals with a surface fly, then I would highly recommend chasing grass carp with me.  These fish average 10-15Lbs and you always have the chance to hook one over 30!  They will max out at nearly 60 Lbs and we target these fish with top water surface flies 95% of the time.  These are fish that will often give you a single shot per fish.  Long fluorocarbon leaders help in the taking of these fish.  We use 6-8 Wt fly rods depending on the size of the fish.

In a single day guided trip, I will bring you to a location where we will usually see many grass carp!  We will usually be able to catch a few peacock bass as well if you are interested in that.  Once the carp are hooked, hang on! These fish have impressive stamina and will take you straight into the backing at times.  Tips for these trips are again recommended at 15-20% of the cost, but not required.

3/4 Day Price: $700 (1 or 2 guests) - each additional person $100

Central FL Trophy Largemouth Trip (multi-day)

There is no better place in the USA right now to have a shot at a double digit largemouth on artificial than central Florida.  Luckily for you, I know several places where these giant largemouth live.   A trophy FL largemouth on artificial (8+) is a fish of a lifetime and definitely not something that will happen every day on our charters, but I will give you an excellent chance to make it happen.    We often get to target these fish by fishing topwater, swimbaits, and flipping.  You will see incredible wildlife everywhere, particularly alligators, snail kites, turtles, and much more.

This is a multi day trip with a two day minimum.  I personally suggest three days to give you an excellent chance at catching a trophy sized largemouth, but sometimes it only takes a couple minutes to find an absolute monster hiding deep in the grass.

Full Day Price: $1000 (1 or 2 guests) - each additional person $100
